Geran Digital PMKS Madani 2025 is announced by Ministry of Finance (MOF) under 2025 National Budget. The objective is to encourage Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (PMKS) to move rapidly in utilizing digital services in their daily business operations, aiming at enhancing business competitiveness and productivity. This is a 50% matching grant of up to RM5,000 per application, co-managed by Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and Malaysian Communicationsand Multimedia Commission (MCMC). Funding Societies (FS) is selected to manage the application process.
The following PMKS and Cooperative are eligible to apply:
- registered under relevant Acts in Malaysia;
- owned by at least 60% Malaysian citizens;
- have been in operation for a minimum of six (6) months;
- have an annual average sales turnover of at least RM50,000.
- have NOT previously received this grant.

- Registered under respective authorities or district offices in Sabah and Sarawak; or

Required Documentation for application: (specific to law firms)
- A copy of NRIC of the partner of the law firm;
- A copy of Certificate of Registration of Law Firm;
- The last two (2) months of bank statements (for August 1 submission, April-June 2025);
- Quotation/Invoice issued by appointed Digital Partner (after July 1, 2025);
- Other documents and information required by BSN from time-to-time.
